The Computational and Systems Biology Group
conducts research in Statistical Genomics and Computational Biology
to develop analytical and computational tools for the analysis of
genome sequence and gene expression data in order to identify cancer
associated genes and genetic networks, elucidate their functions,
determine the steps of tumor development, identify molecular targets
and develop genome based approaches to the prevention, detection,
diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The section conducts collaborative
analysis of DNA microarray expression profiles, develops new methodology
and software for the analysis of microarray data and has an active
research program in immuno informatics and vaccine development.
Postdoctoral fellowship positions
are available for applicants with a doctorate in computational molecular
biology, genetics, statistics, computer science, biophysics or other
relevant fields. Applicants should send CV and letter of interest
