Research Positions in Computational and Systems Biology

The Computational and Systems Biology Group conducts research in Statistical Genomics and Computational Biology to develop analytical and computational tools for the analysis of genome sequence and gene expression data in order to identify cancer associated genes and genetic networks, elucidate their functions, determine the steps of tumor development, identify molecular targets and develop genome based approaches to the prevention, detection, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The section conducts collaborative analysis of DNA microarray expression profiles, develops new methodology and software for the analysis of microarray data and has an active research program in immuno informatics and vaccine development.

Postdoctoral fellowship positions are available for applicants with a doctorate in computational molecular biology, genetics, statistics, computer science, biophysics or other relevant fields. Applicants should send CV and letter of interest to:
