Licensing Agreement

Licensing agreements for BRB-ArrayTools differ for U.S. Government users, academic/non-profit users, or commercial users. All users must agree to the following conditions: 1. All publications based on BRB-ArrayTools analyses will contain the acknowledgment: "Analyses were performed using BRB-ArrayTools developed by Dr. Richard Simon and BRB-ArrayTools development team." 2. The package or any of its components will not be distributed to others. 3. The software will not be modified without written permission from Dr. Richard Simon. 4. The package is offered without support and the user will not hold the National Cancer Institute nor the Emmes Corporation liable for any damages resulting from the use of BRB-ArrayTools. I Accept
